At it again…
Well here I am again. I took off for a little while because I didn’t have a membership anywhere and I got very busy, but I am at it again. This time I will be giving more focus and dedication towards it. I have been working out hard for about a month and a week. I have made some good gains, I have even put on about 12 pounds in the past month or so. I did the first month of training without taking any supplements, exept for protein shakes. For this next month I am going to take Super Pump 250, and Size On to see if I make any significant gains that I did not without creatine. We’ll see what happens. I am just hoping to make it to 200 pounds in the next 2 months. Then I am going to do some cutting and toning to lose some fat. Best of luck to me.
