Well here I am again. I took off for a little while because I didn’t have a membership anywhere and I got very busy, but I am at it again. This time I will be giving more focus and dedication towards it. I have been working out hard for about a month and a week. I have made some good gains, I have even put on about 12 pounds in the past month or so. I did the first month of training without taking any supplements, exept for protein shakes. For this next month I am going to take Super Pump 250, and Size On to see if I make any significant gains that I did not without creatine. We’ll see what happens. I am just hoping to make it to 200 pounds in the next 2 months. Then I am going to do some cutting and toning to lose some fat. Best of luck to me.

Well, here I am a couple months through training. I have found that I have switched my workout almost every couple of weeks. I don’t know if that is a good thing or a bad thing. I seem to just see different things and think that somehow by doing certain exercises I will just get ripped in a couple of weeks. I am finding out that I am very impatient, and that I just need to be more patient through working out. I have also had a hard time lately staying motivated in the gym. I don’t know if it is because I have been not using any NO supplements or what, but I need to find a way to keep me motivated. I have seen some results myself, but none that keep me really motivated. Other people are telling me that they can tell that I have been working out, but I don’t see it that much since I look in the mirror every day and hope that I am just huge, but I am not. If anyone has any comments to leave me on how to stay motivated or anything just to say about my blog let me know.
