amen to that! In fact, I gave it some thought in terms of the treatments my dad was using for his gout, which is a disease formed by exess uric acid. Funny enough he was mixing honey, cider vinegar and sodium bi carbonate as well as taking ph balancers with his water and eating more alkaline based foods. And he actually recovered far quicker than most patients on drugs do! So with that said I'm gonna do more research into this area, after all ,if this stuff helps neutralise the blood from acidic to a ph 7, and bearing in mind your body is at its strongest when in a neutral to alkaline state - hopefully this means I can create a natural home made supplement that'll boost recovery !

p.s. where do you think some of these companies xtract their creatine monohydrate from? Just curious...ooo and check out the biological profile of Hempseed oil, got an insane amount of live amino acids!!!

depratercm, you are one of the few that actually have an excuse. We all have to make due when we can, but I'm sure when you are able to eat good again you will..

I'm only referring to the kids who are rrelying on just supplements instead of good ol' hard work and nutrition :)

you're lookin' thick btw! nice work!

Part of this agree on, some I can not. Yes Diet and training are very important. But for some of us, going to the store and buying good food is just not an option. Being over here in Iraq all of our food is prepare for us(mostly fried and deep fried), fruit that looks like it's been sitting on the shelf for week on end, salads(won't got there). Enough ice cream, soda, cake, donuts, pies, cookies and what I like to call candy milk . . . that could kill and elephant.
Some of us who are trying to stay in shape have to use or own means of getting the stuff our bodies needs. Supplements, meal replacements, etc.
Creatine is actually one of many supplements that we as soldiers are not suppose to use. Due to the extreme heat out here.
