Once again.. God has provided… I don’t know the exact path i’m supposed to take, but hopefully i’ll see it when it comes time!
Training is good… Low Carb all the time. <30g. FOR THE RECORD: YOU CAN GAIN MUSCLE WITHOUT CARBS!!! And if you’re like me.. thats a great approach to take! Keeps the fat at bay!
My body has finally switched over to using fat for fuel again, and I feel great! This time I wasn’t so crabby. lol
