On Track!
So I hit my best not too long ago at 166lbs and a bodyfat record as well. Life gave me a pretty healthy dose of change and flipped everything upside down for a bit and like I have always done...lol...I ate my way through it! Unfortunately, I am back nearly where I started. I have started a new goal to get back to where I was in the next three months or sooner! First months goal is to lose eight pounds. I will be following the 20/40/40 macronutrients rule, hitting the cardio harder than ever, and doing some powerlifting because I am still trying to stack on the lean mass.Â

What happen bro? Nah, I understand, but glad you are getting back to it!!! Setbacks happen, but they teach up how to pick ourselves up!! Keep going, and getting stronger and lean again!!
