Clean Food or Supplements.

I was wondering how often do some rely more so on supplements than clean nutritious food. I ask because over the years people always ask, "What are you taking." I often reply, Multivitamins or if supplements are take, I state them, which is never that often. I could never understand why some think conditioning comes in a bottle. I would like for those who has/had great success when spending tons of money on supplements, and very little on food. Your opinion is greatly appreciated. Thanks

    You are absolutely right, it comes down to eatting right. I have gone through periods in my life where I am in shape and others (such as now) where I am out of shape. In my times of desperation (and extra bodyfat), I have resorted to "miracle pills" and "power powders." In search of quick fixes, I have been left disappointed.

    Bottome line, there is NO replacement for hardwork and good food.

    This is true with my experience as well. I’ve informed guy’s to do the opposite as far as spend your money on good quailty food, and when you cant ingest anymore lean steak, chicken, fish, potatoes,ect. then start supplentation. Or if dropping fat, alot of fresh "green veggie’s" raw or steamed, lots of water, nothing processed or in a box.
