					<description>i use free weights right now because i dont have gym any more.  i do like them best-but right under them are cable machine...you can do sooooo many things with cables!</description>

					<description>I like to combine both .I usually start off with free weights n the use of machines..I really get alot more out of the use of free weights i love the feeling of me having the full control n not the machine i can isolate the  muscles i want to focus on much better workout ..have a great one !!Bella</description>

I'm not a db nazi, just like the balance kick it gives.  Machines don't do much for me re: imbalances and I'm wary of letting my stronger sides taking over.
