Friday, January 25th, 2008IN MY TIME BUILDING MY BODY TO WHAT IT HAS BECOME I HAVE RAN INTO MANY TRAILS AND ERRORS. BUT I ALWAYS KEPT MY STRENGTH GAIN. I THINK IS BECAUSE OF PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS. IT HELP BEFORE, AFTER, AND WHILE RESTING. I HAVE BEEN HURT AND OUT OF COMMISSION . USUALLY I COME BACK EVEN STRONGER THAN BEFORE. SO IF YOU DON’T TAKE LOTS OF SUPPLEMENT THAT FINE AND GREAT BUT AT LEAST TRY TO TAKE PROTEIN SUPPLEMENT. IT HEALTH, EASY TO HAVE ON THE RUN, AND ALSO VERY IMPORTANT TO BUILD A BODY. BECAUSE OF THE AMINO ACIDS.
