my work out this week.
i change my work out this week to five days on and one day off. i feel really good about this routine because i haven’t done five days in a long time. i just recently upload many picture of myself on bodyspace. i see little improvements of my body. for that note i think i need to take my intensity up a notch. this is a powerful and advance work out.
i do:
day1: shoulders/back/ abs
day2: hamstrings/ bunns/calves
day3: biceps/ triceps/ abs
day4: quadriceps
day5: chest/ abs
30 minute of cardio of my choice. on off days 45 to 60 minutes

Geez, thats a lot of days with no rest. Thats still awesome.
