Fore people who work out EARLY in the morning like I do, here are few things I do to keep myself motivated and on track.
- I always prepare my gym bag the night before.
- I set my gym clothes out so I can easily grab them in the morning
- After the end of each workout, I write down the exercises I want to do the next time I come into the gym.
Often times I find myself thinking of an exercises for a body part that I am not working on at the time, then when it’s time to work that body part I have forgotten what exercise it was.

Good tips man. This goes hand in hand with "prepare for you weakness, while you’re strong".
