To start off - the picture I have up is a pic of a couple of months ago when I was working out. I started toning up and was looking real good then my husband had to leave for about a month and I lost myself. That is what I would like to work back to and then some!! I will start working out again starting after next week. I’ll will post some pics about 3 weeks from them starting my progress section. I will greatly appreciate anyone that wants to share some tips for weight lifting, cardio, food or whatever you want to tell me!! Anything to help!!
