Program Designs

I am phasing through a 5 day split trying to maximize muscle exhaustion.  I am in my second phase (5 week).  This program uses a 4-2-4 tempo for a high time under tension ratio.  I am just shooting for 3 sets of 8 reps, reaching failure at the 8th rep.  I am allowing for 120 secs rest time between each set.

I am currently training 3 days a week on a high endurance - hypertrophy phase program. My short term goal is to strengthen my right shoulder (a recent injury) and prepare my body for heavy lifting. I am also working with a registered nutrionist to accomplish a lean gain.
