November 7, 2007I am phasing through a 5 day split trying to maximize muscle exhaustion. I am in my second phase (5 week). This program uses a 4-2-4 tempo for a high time under tension ratio. I am just shooting for 3 sets of 8 reps, reaching failure at the 8th rep. I am allowing for 120 secs rest time between each set.
