don’t know what i’m really doin, but i’ll try…yesterday was my 1st day training…and it felt unbeleivable! i actually for the 1st time in my life ate 6 high protein meals!! yay for me!!! however, i did not calculate the amount of protein taken, which i will make sure to do soon. as for the workout ( i did chest yesterday ), -and my chest is burning up right now!!! all i can say is i am fully dedicated and will do whatever i have to to gain!!! i tried doing it before and before, but always failed. now, with a little help, i think i can make it. i will continue to post blogs about my progress as well as new progress pics every month. please to all who read, wish me luck!!!

If you are unsure of not only what to do but exactly how to do it so that you can be confident that you are using strict & correct form then I suggest hiring a personal trainer to go over your routine and show you exactly what you need to know. It could be the best money you ever spent.
