In the mood..
Good day today, I was able to manage the time so I was able to get by the gym for an hour before it closed and all the traditional stuff with the holidays kicked into full gear.. Back todays.. ahh I love doing back.Pullups of 19,17,15,10.. Then to Bent Over Rows 12,12,10,8 at 135, Then cable rows with close grip pronated grip.. really maxed out the reps.. I did pain plus more.. What a blast and pump it was.. Then onto Triceps.. I’ve been switching it up doing this for last 3 weeks.. used do to biceps and will probably get back into that routine.. anyways Skull crushers, then close grip press (reverse grip) and then push downs… pain plus onthe pushdowns..
I’m in the mood to workout and it is starting to feel great…
