IT makes sense..
finally after so many days, weeks and now years the advice i’ve been receiving from so many smart and great folks is paying off… yeah i’m long way from winning any comps but each day for me is like scoring in the "O" as I get what i put into it..
Three concepts that i’m starting to learn..
1 - You bust it up at the GYM but you GROW by RESTING
2 - Eating balanced meals with proper macros and P/F/C breakdown is a MUST if you want results.. Working out and RESTING is not going to work unless you eat RIGHT
3 - Working MUSCLE is more important that slinging the big IRON. This does not mean doing the wimpy weights, but it does mean using GOOD form and sacrificing a little ego in order to get the muscle fibers working…
I’m am so far from an expert, but I’m feeling like i’m now out of the noobie stage and love life for what i’m getting out of my training.
