MONEY!!!
well bbers I got my money today in the gym. Love BACK days.. Especially the last few weeks since i picked up some tips from a few of you one the site.. (SteveP78 for the negatives on the cable rows… and the thumbless bicep bb exercises). and comments from GFORCE35 on using proper weight matchups with variations on reps.. I’m starting to feel it now.
The cut continues (or at least i call it a cut)… I’m down in BF% by 4% over a 10 week period. IT is really odd because my weight fluctuates about 3 pounds but the key measurement of my waist size is shrinking and that is very very key to my focus now… I still have some fat around the lower back and the obligues but I’m working on refining the poritions that I eat.. I still think that my body is storing fat because it does not get consistent caloric intake.. I’m learning in all this and my motivatios is SKY high still..
I purchased some new BLACK workout socks this week, they are short versions that don’t standout so bad… One of the gym employees actually came by and complimented me on my decision to buy some exercise clothes.. HA.. if that person ONLY knew how much working out i did in the old socks… which leads me to the real question.. does a fancy set of clothes that are sold as workout outfit and never gets used considered real workout clothes.. as opposed to my old black socks… hum i guess I know that answer… Ok enough of the ramble.. I hope everyone get’s their MONEY this week on the weight pile and that they get PAID with some muslce, loss of fat, or whatever you are looking for in the gym…
