Week 8 of TRI-Phase… great balls of FIRE
Heck yeah, into week 8 and I’m on FIRE.. Energy is through the roof, and I’m hitting weights that I never thougt I would at this time… My body was feeling it a little so I took a 3 day break and did my monday workout Upper A today.. Was good because I didn’t get much sleep on Sunday PM.. Finding out that that SLEEP is important stuff.
Diet wise I’m starting to measure things out.. My friends think I’m a nut job by carring in my digital scales to work to weigh out my CHICKEN but hey … when the plan says 6 of the cluckcluck I’m not going to do like 5 and 1/2 you know.. I don’t cut my reps short so I’m not going to cut my food S H O R T…
