back at it..
Saturday, June 28th, 2008yep took a week off after my last 12 week tri-phase journey. It almost KILLED me to stay away from the weights and I go in and do some light cardio for 3 days.. That was cool as I met some folks at the gym that never make their way over to the weight pile… some very nice looking people and great folks to chat with.. Yeah I’d have to say that the cardio area in the gym is a pile of stinky people. now I do throw off my share of water when i workout but D A R N IT .. those cardio hounds just dump it like it is raining… Some of them had water bottles but those that did not were still just sloshing around themselves… ok so back on track now..
I’m doing a 9 week tri-phase journey this time, focus on the back and biceps routines.. have the diet kicked back in and still on a fine tuning process there. I do like the theory behind it (diet) it took me a few months to figure out all that tech talk and that is odd because i’m a geeek for sure for sure.. I mean hey i wear black socks ..enough said on that.
I enter this phase at 203lbs, and have gained about 8lbs of lbm in the past 8 months, i don’t expect to continue with those results trendline but that would be like great if it kept up. I’m focused on keeping the body fat dropping and at some point I know the trendine will change.. Until then I’m a mad man on the weight pile.. thanks to all for your advice and power to you.. astah!
