Week 4 of the TRIphase
wow, pumped out 5 sets tonight of 10-12, chest is just smoked!!! I’m dropping body fat right now, and maintaining my strength.. Next week I’m going to bump up my cals as i switch into lower reps and higher weights.. Everything is starting to click.. Been watching the scivation nuts on YouTube before I workout in the PM.. what a gas, it get’s my 44 year old blood pumping… YEAHHHH, ARGH.. ha. peace to you out there
