Last 6 months and my short term goals…
Well, I’ve been working out for 6 months now and have had some really good results in weight loss. I’ve dropped from 250 to 193 as of this am. My short term goal is to cut down another 15 pounds, and continue to build a good cardio, fitness base. I’ve had a short term goal of really focus on my conditioning and learning how to properly lift weights… I’m not old (43) but certainly not a youngster anymore so I’m really working on making sure that I have proper form, that I can work the targeted muscles and that I don’t waste my energy while working out.
I have really enjoyed reading some of the training articles, especially Charles Glass pointers. I like to work my shoulders, back, check and abs. I’m not much on leg workouts but know that once I cut down more that I need to do that, until then I’m going to keep on my program and see how the next 2 months go…
