I noticed that most people dont seem to use a ffull range of motion. Now im not sure what is right or wrong. If there is a R or W. I have always use a full range. I dont lift to heavy never have. But when i do go heavy i cant use a full range. For instance, when i do bb shoulder presses. With the lighter #s i touch the bar to my chest, when i go heavy i only go to my chin. Now is that cheating ourself or what. U just cant go as heavy with a full range of motion. Like to hear what people think. Thxs. Bob

But i feel stronger. I guess my body needed me to slow down a bit. Anyway i feel good about this. Im going to see if i can get to 275# by the end of the yr.

It didnt & i finished with a 24:25, .36 slower than my first. The over all winner was a 18:35. The winner in my age group 51-55, did a sub 20:25. 4min. faster. The guy in the 61-69 ran a sub 22. the field at this race was much bigger ( 100 plus ) and much faster. Its a lot of fun & i enjoy the challenge. Some one was telling me about 1mile races might check that out. My legs r really sore too. Not going to do much the rest of the day. Enjoy your day.
