Range of Motion
Friday, December 19th, 2008I noticed that most people dont seem to use a ffull range of motion. Now im not sure what is right or wrong. If there is a R or W. I have always use a full range. I dont lift to heavy never have. But when i do go heavy i cant use a full range. For instance, when i do bb shoulder presses. With the lighter #s i touch the bar to my chest, when i go heavy i only go to my chin. Now is that cheating ourself or what. U just cant go as heavy with a full range of motion.
