Mirror mirror on the wall….

Today I looked in the mirror…. and wondered.. "Who am I?!" I was in the gym looking dead into my own face and I was almost stumped… Truely almost…. until I seen some big guy lifting behind me and I knew I was more then he was… I was more then what my physical apearance brought. He was just going through the motions.. Just as I usually do. I thought of my goal… 185, ripped and looking good by my birthday… I knew I had it in me to be a biggerstronger person so I jumped to the occassion and surprised myself… Motivation is a big part of my workout if I don’t keep this up… I’ll be sure to stare at myself in the mirror and ask again… "Who am I?!"

Fantastic Day.

Had a fantastic day at the gym even though I was up late and drank last night. Felt energized and confident. Still waiting for my supps, but I didn’t eat as much as I would have liked today, i’ll survive tho. I can’t wait until March 10th so I can see a great progress.. My legs are OVERLY sore and I think I’ll stretch tonight… Overall Bi day today was a great day, incorporated abs and forearms and I felt a fantastic pump… I hope everyone does well… So far so good for me……. Good luck on everyones progress!

Back into it….

Well I’m back in to it… Decided I was going to start working legs, uppping my T and seeing how big I can actually get in a 2 month span…. weighed 172 today… not bad considering I woke up fairly late and didn’t eat breakfast but I’m waiting for my new box of Supps to come in to really start packing on some bulk… Ordered like 22lbs of protein and My usual Super Pump 250 and Sizeon…. I promised myself I wouldn’t quit, so I’m quite excited… Also not I have a snowboarding trip from Feb 13th - 16th so I can ONLY imagine how bad my legs are goiung to feel, but the day I get back I will be hitting up the gym hard…. It’s only a 3 - 4 day ordeal So it’ll be a good long weekend for recovery then I’ll just hit the weights harder like I said before.. I want to reach my goal of a 185 - 190lbs by march 10th… my birthday…. I can only wait and see how I’m going to progress hopefully better than last year…. Until Next time… Get Big :-)

Weeks later..

Weeks later and I’m back, was at home for the first time in a while….. was awesome but now i’m back in the action… tommorrow I order my next cycle of supps and I’m already on the regime… cant wait till mach 10th (my bday) among my goal of reaching 180 - 185 lbs… we’ll see what goes down tho I imagine I’d be working out like a monster but… I have been…… so we can only see…

SO I’m Back… no pun intended… again

Alright today is the glorious back day….. Last night I didn’t get back from the Range till about 11:00pm so needless tosay I was tired… I’m ready to go slay my back so….. we’ll see how that goes… I’m going to be going with a full intensity workout probably increasing the weight so I can get some pretty big mass… I still want to hit a 10 - 12 rep range…… I’m doing well I feel good, and have a decent amount of energy… forgot to take my creatine last night… it’s a setback but i’ll make up for it tonight.

Blah tommorrow is the day off

Went and worked shoulders today at 8:00…. included shrugs in my workout… pretty intense… Can’t wait till I get to hit up the gym again Saturday. Tommorrow will be my rest day I suppose, I have a Rifle Range tommorrow until like 10 at night…. get some night fire in… I probably wont want to lift my rifle but hey…. w/e. I feel good, getting back into it all..

Ate tons of chicken today…. excessive almost… Mashed potatos and Carrots…. 2 cheese burgers, and ribs… Trying to Get big by Eating big.

Well until Sat keep up the lifting.

A winning ordeal

Sooo Updates updates.. updates….

Worked Bi’s hard last night… I’m still crying on the inside…..

 Today felt sore, but worked tri’s a great deal triple threats on the skull crushers followed by rope tri ext, then some underhand tri ext,  followed by overhead tri ext…. my arms burn and they are hard to lift let alone type this… Too all… good luck on your endevors at the gym today…. Now I must eat as much as I can.

Yesterday’s Pecs….. hurt..

Yesterday had a decent collabration of Chest routines… Flat Bench… barbell with incline, and Was going to decline got 2 sets done but the machine was pretty shitty… the foot rests were wobbly on all of the benches… and did a fly routine. Needless to say they are sore… getting back into this stuff is rough but I’m working towards a newer bigger me.. I think I’m going to come up with some goals for a "Birthday Body" and see what kind of numbers I can come up with… I don’t know whether or not I want to be as thick as Iwas last year comming back from Iraq (195) or sit decently at 185… I guess I’ll have to see… I want to shoot towards my almost 17" arms again… Like I said we’ll see….

Today I have Bi’s… I think we’re working towards a reverse routine… 45* bench hammers, followed by heavier barbell / preacher curls… Probably some lying cable curls and top it off with some lightweight concentration curls or rope curls…. I guess we’ll see…..

Today I ate:
Breakfast : 2 small Sausage Biscuits and a gatorade (More than I used to eat!)
Lunch: Large Chicken Breast, Chicken Leg, Mixed Veggies, and lots of water based fluids

Dinner: Large Chicken Breast, Small Chicken Leg, Mixed Veggies, and lots of water based fluids

Hitting it back hard. No……. pun intended

Today, went to the gym after work… Hit up back pretty hard… Started with seated rows, to bent over rows, then to lat pulldown… finished off with lower back extensions….. Ate large amounts of food today, and took my Size On as noted… Taking the pre-bed Shake and prepping breakfast for tommorrow….. I’ll keep everyone posted.
