hitting the gym, but not seeing a difference on the scale.
Sunday, March 30th, 2008so i have been hitting the gym hard, but haven’t seen the difference on the scale. i noticed that i am been getting more defined. also have been getting compliments from tons of people. but still frustated none the less. there are still things that i can tweak to jumpstart the loss. i know that i need to be doing more cardio, but i know that i am like a lot of people on here and i don’t like doing it. also have to watch the diet a little better. so is anybody else in the same boat as me, i know that it would probably help me to hear that. so i know that i am not alone.
