hitting the gym, but not seeing a difference on the scale.

so i have been hitting the gym hard, but haven’t seen the difference on the scale. i noticed that i am been getting more defined. also have been getting compliments from tons of people. but still frustated none the less. there are still things that i can tweak to jumpstart the loss. i know that i need to be doing more cardio, but i know that i am like a lot of people on here and i don’t like doing it. also have to watch the diet a little better. so is anybody else in the same boat as me, i know that it would probably help me to hear that. so i know that i am not alone.

feeling sick, but still throwing the weights around.

didn’t feel the best today, but decided to go to the gym anyway. the workout actually made me feel a little better after it was all done. the only bad thing was that i forgot to eat before i went in. so it wasn’t the best intensity workout that i have had. but the good thing that i was in there.  but on to other things, this last month has been a tough one for weight loss. actually i didn’t lose any this month, but my lifts have all pretty much went up. so i think that i need to tweak my diet a little bit. if anybody could critique my progress pics, i would sure appreciate it. thanks. any comments would be welcomed, just so that i know that i am not alone in feeling this way.

been a long time

its been a long time since i have wrote a blog. many good things have happened in my life. i am a newlywed and just found out that i am going to have another child. so god has blessed my life with those things. now it is time for me to get back in the gym and do things for myself. so here goes nothing. have been back about 3 weeks and things are going pretty good. just some days it is so hard to get in there, but that can’t be an excuse.

been a long time since i wrote on here

have kind of got of track for awhile on the diet. have lost a couple of pounds but have not put on any weight. that is a good thing for me. been trying to get  into the gym at least 3-4 days a week but some weeks it has been hard. but i can’t let that stop me. only like 15 more pounds to go.

why? because i am going to get my back piece worked on. for those of you that have tats, you will know what i mean. these things are very addicting. kind of the same feeling you get from working out. its kinda fun that way. well i will post some pics of after i get it done. have a good day

another day on the journey

just being trying to have a clean diet. but it just seems really hard at times. also it is very hard for me to get all those meals in to raise my metabolism because of my job.  but no excuses i just need to get this done and get the diet dialed in. anybody have any helpful hints on how to help out.

i am serious about getting into the best shape of my life for my wedding. i want to be able to look back on that day and say that i looked the best that i ever have.

probably a little too good.  my eating was way out of hand before i even realized what was happening. the only thing i can do now is get back into the gym and work it off. it is only a minor setback. hope everyone had a great easter.

though that i would start writing about my journey.

well, it has been a long time since i was in real good shape. and now i think to myself " why did i let myself get to how i look today" this motivates me to change how my body looks and how i feel. i never used to feel run down and having a lack of energy. i have promised for myself and my son to get back into top shape so that i will be around for him as he is growing up.  sometimes it is hard with the hunger and the diet. does anybody have recommendations to get the diet dialed in  and still not feel hungry all the time. that is my biggest problem i have. any comments  are welcome.
