I try to stay home until my daughter goes to bed so I can be there for her. This means that I am going to the gym at 8:00pm. I always try to get a good 2hrs in. The bad thing is that after the first hour I am dead tired. On the weekends I do the best that I can to make up for it.

That is when I can see some big results.

The funny thing is, after I workout and put a little strain on my shoulder it feels much better. (until the next morning) It has been improving and will probably be back 100% in a couple weeks. I will continue to push through it with less weight until then.
