Working Through Injuries
A couple months ago I hurt my shoulder. It has been hard working out since then. I feel like I need to let it rest. However, I just can’t stop working out. The funny thing is, after I workout and put a little strain on my shoulder it feels much better. (until the next morning) It has been improving and will probably be back 100% in a couple weeks. I will continue to push through it with less weight until then.
