Working out at night.
It has been difficult for me to get a really good workout in since I go late at night. Like most people I work from 8-5. And still have things to do around the house. I try to stay home until my daughter goes to bed so I can be there for her. This means that I am going to the gym at 8:00pm. I always try to get a good 2hrs in. The bad thing is that after the first hour I am dead tired. On the weekends I do the best that I can to make up for it.
