Using Creatine.
I have tried creatine over the years and I can’t say that I really have seen tremendous gains when I used it. Over the past 6 months I have been cycling it differently. I will take it for 4 weeks then take take 2 weeks off. I do not notice any big gains except during that 2nd week off. That is when I can see some big results.

well all I know is if you take
the right protein then you can succeed.

Ive been using it too, stopped about 2 wks ago… didnt really see any changes but who knows.. maybe when I start back again.
