Well its been too long since ive posted in here, I have had quite the rough month off from births to deaths and everythng in between. But after starting flag football i have since wanted to get back into the gym and get back to where I was before all of this happened. Its going to be tough, but in the end its gona be worth it. I figure its gona take me about 5 weeks to get back on track, but thats fine with me, cause i need to get back. Im gona start off easy, no drugs like last time, now that everything is in season, im going to work on trying to lose weight, and keep my muscle tight and tone, rather than eating all i want and puting on a bunch of weight. I feel like my strength is on par with what i was looking for, so now i need to keep the weight off so i can get the speed i need. Also im looking into more plyometrics to help with quickness and agility. So keep tuning in and see where i am in about a month.

Well week 9 has started and i am now the father of a beautiful baby girl. Last week she was born on the 1st so i didnt get a whole lot of lifting done, and my diet has kind of taken a back seat, but i am not throwing in the towel, just need to get some things back under my feet so i can get back on track. My time in the gym now has been really overwhelming, i find it to be a quiet place that i can focus on the things i need t focus on and really make some good gains in my lifting.

Well here is the start to my 8th week of lifting, I have had some withdrawls form not lifting a solid 4 days these past few weeks, but i make up for that with some big lifting days when i can. Last week was pretty solid with finding the right suplements, after taking my free Controlled Labs suplements that i recieved I will be buying there stuff once im done with my no xplode, Ive been taking it for about 3 weeks now and i can see a bit of growth but not as much as with the SP250, so im hoping that my time with the White Flood gives me what im looking for.
Last week I was searching for the next workouts for my upcoming 6 week program, and ive found quite a good one that should put on some muscle where im looking to add on.
Well thats it for now, ill be lifting tonight and hitting the arms hard, cant wait to get done and add some stats to my page.

Wll my first 6 weeks of lifting are through and i have noticed the overall effect that i was looking for. My shoulders, back and arms now feel huge, I constantly find myself flexing or looking in the mirror to see what progress i need to make where. Overall i can see that my lifting has gone up in all areas, mostly upper body as my legs have always been big but now are even stronger than ever. Overall, i would say that the first 6 weeks of lifting have given me a good base to work from, after adding on alot of strength, I will only get stronger and cant wait to start my 2 4week sections that will be towards getting leaned out and cut for the summer months.
My journey to this point has been a long road, lots of ups and downs, reading about this and that and trying to understand the nature of lifting to benefit the amount of time spent in the gym, withou wasting the reps and sets that i put up on a weekly basis. I know that my time in the gym is precious and i love going every night, its almost euphoric in nature, having nothing but my head phones and the weights in my hand.

Well yesterday marked the start of my 6th week of lifting, I feel like every day that im lifting i get a little happier cause my body is getitng used to burning more calories than it takes in so im losing body fat while puting on alot of strength and muscle. I also got a 5lb tub of On whey protien which as a supprise taste wonderful without milk and just water. From now on i will be focusing on low intensity cardio after my workouts to try and burn more calories from fat than from sugar or muscle, I noticed that last night with a lower intensity i could feel the fat burning in my stomach and it was a good feeling to have.
Starting next week i will be switching up my body parts for the days that I lift, monday will be chest and biceps, tuesday legs, wednesday back and triceps, and thursday shoulders. I was also thinking about starting off each workout with a set of abs to really try and target the core muscles and really work them alot, as well as adding 30-45 minutes of low intensity cardio to try and speed up my beer belly loss.
Well thats about it for now, ive started on a new tub of animal m-stak and will be trying to add on a much needed boost in my workouts. I have been experimenting with different suplements to allow me to get the right mixture down, right now its animal pak in the morning with a creatine pill, no-xplode and scivation xtend and creatine pill before workout, then no whey and scivation afterwards. Did chest last night and its all healed up with the help of alot of BCAA’s which are a wonderful little helper when recovering.

Well this was by far the weirdest week of lifting that i have ever had. Today i had a personal training session for free with the gym im in, and it turned out that i did something no one has ever seen. During the second portion of my workout the trainer wanted to do a squat press on the squat machine, a shoulder harness and 6 45 lb plates went past the apex of the machine and the entire squat machine went up and over with me landing on top and shaking myself up pretty bad. I was out of it for about 30 minutes cause i couldnt believe that something like that happend. Well im all and well, it was such a weird thing to happen, cause i pushed so hard in an upward motion that the entire machine went up and over, just wish i had a tape of that happening again so i could put in on you tube.
On a training note, todays workout was the first one that had me catching my breth and really feeling like i was being pushed to my maximum, it gave me a thought that my workouts should be more on a circuit and fast paced, we went from a warmup set with leg presses, to dumbell lunges, to dumbell squats, to lunges, and then back to leg press for another round, i think ill be using some training like that in my next 6 week session to really allow my body to work at a higher level and realy get some massive gains. Also my cardio will be changed to a lower intensity and maybe try to target a longer fat burning session cause i need to lose a few pounds of stomach flub.
Well next week is the 6th in my first session, over all i have made alot of new improvements in all my lifts, and feel much better than at the start. Well ill post on monday after my bench day, hopefully ill hit another new max and have that posted up sometime monday night.

Yesterday i switched up my pre-workout supplements because of some stomach pains that i had the first nigt using no-xplode, so last night i took the drink about 30-45 minutes before, then took my vitamins about 10 minutes before, and wala no pains. Im thinking that it was something in there that did not agree with me. Anyways last nights workout was great, i can really feel this creatine start to kick in, I had read some reviews about it on the site and everyone said it was a waste, and not a good buy, but im not sure they gave it enough time. I have been taking it for about a week now and i can say that i feel it more every workout. Last night was back and biceps, i really tortured my lower back with some bodyweight extensions, going both to the left and right for a set to hit the lower lats as well, and after wards i was pretty beat up. Also took another picture last night, it is a bit difficult to get a full pump when your trying to hold a camera up and take a pic. After compairing the first week to this weeks, i an certianly see alot of improvement, bigger arms, shoulders, back, the whole thing, so that was nice to look at last night. Ill be doing my free fittest tonight with Lift Time Fitness, figure i would atleast get to see my standing right now, an once im done ill get another one done to see where i am after 20 weeks. I also figured out my lifting plan for the next 15 weeks as well, the last 2 4 week sessions will be a 3 day lift weekly, with 2 days strict cardio/abs, and the 3 lifting days will be skeleton lifting with more cardio stacked on top to try and burn off alot of body fat, the last session will be higher rep lifting for tone and definition, with 2 days cardio/abs and the lifting days heavy cardio afterwards. But until then i have to finish off my last week which will be next thursday. I also finished off my first package of animal stack, and to be honest i didnt notice all that much of a gain, i would say i could feel the testosterone and gained some body hair, but no noticable gains other than that. Ill take week off and maybe try something else to see if there is a difference. Oh well, holefully my test doesnt last too long tonight cause its shoulders tonight and i want to hit them hard.

Well last night i switched from my usual super pump 250 to BNS’s N.O.Eplode, and the first thing that cought my attention was the taste, absolutly terrible compaired to the super pump, but i must say that the kick i got was about 10 times better, i could feel it surging through me right from the get go, althoug i did have some stomach pains during my workout i was gone by the time i got home, so either something i ate before that or it was the noeplode. Ill use a full dose tonight for back and biceps hopefully ill get some extra pumps out of my arms which would be nice. I have been stuck at the same relative weight for some time now as well, however im not really looking to drop much weight right now but it would be nice for the amount of work i put in. Well once my 6th week is up, next thursday, i will be switching up my routine to my next 6 week progress, followed by 2 continous 4 week workout sessions right in time for the upcoming season, the 1st 4 week will be 3 sets of 4-6 reps, and the 2nd 4 week workout will be 3 lifting days of 3×8 lifting followed up with cardio, and 2 off days with a complete ab workout and more cardio. Once im in the season ill stick with a 3 day lifting as my saturday and sunday will be packed with running and hitting people. Well thats it for now, cant wait to hit the gym tonight and get a big pump for some photos.

Well today is the start of my 5th week of lifting, and i must say that i do see alot of improvement across the board. Bigger size all around especially in my shoulders and chest and arms. So im very happy with the results, but im still going to push very hard as i know i can reach my goals for the spring time. Right now my legs are super sore, i lifted pretty heavy on friday after taking my new creatine suplement i can surly feel the difference for those last few reps, the tank is no longer going empty after the first 8-10 reps but im able to go the full distance and sometimes even add reps to the current set, after friday though i am still sore, and even though ive been taking protien and eating alot of chicken and fish its still not where it should be. Im going to continue with my current program through next week fo a full 6 weeks, then once that is reached ill be trying out a new one, basically the same but some twist have been added and ive also added power cleans to my leg day to really give me a boost, other than that i mixed up different muscles with different days to allow for maximum growth. Ill probably stick with that for 6 weeks again, then progressivly change it up every 4 weeks until i start cutting and will change the lifting to a minimal amount, but crank up the cardio afterwards, and maybe go to a 3 day a week lifting with the 4th and 5th primarily cardio/core work. that will allow me to make the most of my gains as well as get quicker on my feet while losing body fat. Well thats about it for now, ill post another weekly picture after friday when know ill be leaned out again after this weekends calorie fest.

Well today will be the final day of lifting in my 4th week, today is all about the legs. Usually leg day is my most favorite day because of the feeling afterwards that i can bairly walk, or feel like my legs have turned into jello and are about to give out. Today will be a big lift day for me, i have been lacking somewhat in the leg strength area, but i feel like im going to have a break out day and put up some big numbers. Recently I added a creatine suplement to my aresenal, i was at gnc and after looking over cell-mass and cell-tech products i didnt like the fact that loading was necessary, or that i would put on alot of weight from the water retention, so i asked the lady working the counter and she turned me to aplified creatine 189 from gnc, Ill try it out and see where it gets me, but more than likely ill switch to cellmass if this doesnt work. Also i plan on purchasing no-explode after hearing so many good things about it. Ive been using superpump 250 for a while and like the results, so im just going to switch to someting else and see if there are any extra benefits. Well i hope to come back tonight with some measurements, and maybe a new picture after my workout.
