			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>yep i did it i made it to the gym again, i tried something new today, i did triple sets on flat bench free and inclined bench with smith machine.  then i hit up the hammer chest and superset with inclined DB press, little did i know that my chest was already fried from triple sets, i could barely budge weights that i normally do on hammer chest and inclined DB.  after that i did close grip bench paired with tricep push downs, then hit the treadmill for 10 minutes.  I felt like i ran my ass off, but when i got home, i wasnt tired.
