Shoulders and Back today
Well i am still a little sore from the legs, my chest seems to be getting back to normal. today I had to squeeze shoulders with back, I did DB row Triple sets, Hammer Shoulder Triple Sets, Lat Pull Down behind Head triple sets, Smith machine behind head press w/ Front/Side Raises, Upright Row, Back extensions w/20 lb DB, Shrugs, Tricep extension 1.5 reps and Cable Curl 1.5 reps.
