so it is about time to test my limits, monday will be that day, the last time i actually did a strenght test was pre football testing in 2004.

Well i am still a little sore from the legs, my chest seems to be getting back to normal. today I had to squeeze shoulders with back, I did DB row Triple sets, Hammer Shoulder Triple Sets, Lat Pull Down behind Head triple sets, Smith machine behind head press w/ Front/Side Raises, Upright Row, Back extensions w/20 lb DB, Shrugs, Tricep extension 1.5 reps and Cable Curl 1.5 reps.

Yep you guessed it, i went to the gym today to do legs, i wont be walking right for about a week. threw some biceps in there too.

yep i did it i made it to the gym again, i tried something new today, i did triple sets on flat bench free and inclined bench with smith machine. then i hit up the hammer chest and superset with inclined DB press, little did i know that my chest was already fried from triple sets, i could barely budge weights that i normally do on hammer chest and inclined DB. after that i did close grip bench paired with tricep push downs, then hit the treadmill for 10 minutes. I felt like i ran my ass off, but when i got home, i wasnt tired.
