So it begins
For a long while I have wanted to achieve the goal of living a healthy lifestyle and having a great looking body.
I have made progress for example, I used to weigh 215lbs. now I’m at 175. I’m also in the military which keeps me very active but apparently not active enough.
I’m truly a novice when it comes to working out and nutrition. I want to gain muscle but I want to do it in a healthy way.
I know my images are weak but that’s the real me, for now. I’m looking for inspration and wisdom for others to share throughout this journey.
one thing is for sure I’m not going to be able to do this on own. Any info would be greatly appriciated.

Going from 215 to 175 is no small feat. Well done so far; just pick some info from the site, choose a plan, and stick with it for a while. Results will come.

Great attitude Tim…with some structured nutrition and gym routine, at your age, your body should respond nicely. Your history of weight loss already states for itself that you can structure yourself. Way to go.
