Unfortunately people are always looking for some sort of magic potion that will transform them with minimal effort put in. However, the key word here is "supplement". Most foods anymore are not as full of nutrients as all natural foods (which cost more BTW) and this is why I believe using supplements is a good way to offset this. Most bodybuilders need to eat at least 5 to 6 times and consuming 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per lb of body weight per day. And here is where I believe protein powders are a great filler when a real meal isnt easily available (ie at work).

Also I think most the stuff at GNC is junk and very overpriced (i will agree here that this is a waste of money) I personally pay around $40 a month for my protein, maybe a little more. But if I were to pay $80 for a jug of protein it had better give me a happy ending for that price =).

I think most people should always try and get all their nutritional needs from real food as much as passable. However, the reality is most often you cant due to schedule or the sheer volume of food you must consume and "supplements" are way to help meet these needs.
Best of luck in your goals!

Evan,

hmmm, how about you make that deduction yourself. Do the math, and then answer yourself.

Why should I try to convince you, when the only person you will ever believe is yourself?

Sellers of this product have left me some spam but it was deleted from the site before I got to it. This should tell you something. I am happy to screw over the rip-off companies instead of letting them screw you over.
