As the over used quote goes, "It is better to have loved and lost, than to never have loved at all". I got engaged 5 months ago, 1 month ago we decided to call it off, and last night we decided not to talk anymore. It’s tough, I’m not gonna lie….it hurts……a lot. However, thank God I have my work and my work ethic. The kids I work with are very quick to humble any person, and I will be the first to admit, I could be a lot worse off. I was very motivated to lift and lift heavey, and now……it is nothing but pure rage in the weight room. I met her 3 years ago…..and it was a great 3 years.

I have been finding time to get my lifts in, and my max’s are slowly climbing up. I’m being vrey careful with my squats, but otherwie pushing pretty hard. I really appreciate everyone’s supports!

Lifting is going really well, I have decided that I am going to have to incorporate soem cardio into my week in order to continually gain towards the body I want. This is my off week for the majority of my supplements, doing a 6 week on, 1 week off. The high school baseball team that I am coaching ended their season on saturday, so I’m chillin out a little bit. Headin to the lake this evening, and will be back in time to hammer out another lift!

Well, here’s the deal…..I have been looking incredibly better, and my bodyfat is dropiing well…but my weight does not seem to want to drop anymore. I realize muscle weighs more than fat, but I still feel that there is a way I could rid myself of this last 20 pounds. I don’t want to crash diet, I wrestle is high school and know what that will do to my muslce tissue. I’m open to suggestions if anyone has any. Workouts are going really well. I’m increasin weight on all of my sets in order to continually feel the burn. Overall, another great week in the making. Lift #2 tonight!

Results, thats what it is all about. I’m nearing the end of my 4th weak, and the results are coming in….finally. I just got done hammerin out a solid leg lift, and I feel great. I am going to really have to increase my weight next week. The sets are getting much easier, and it feels good. I’m gaing a lot of definition in the legs, chest, and arms. I’m sticking to a very high protein, low carb diet, and I’m feeling great! The weight is falling steadily, stength and looks are on the rise. Great stuff!

What a week so far……..For starters, I just had to kick my 4 best players off of the high school team I am coaching. That was tough, real tough. Last night we played a team we normally beat, and they beat us 25-1. I was feeling pretty down about it, but luckily it was time for week #4 to start! I got an excellent leg and back workout in, downed a protein shake, and instantly started feeling better. I have decided to take the high road and amke sure that the kids I still have on the team have a lot of fun to finish the year. My weight seems to be leveling a little, but it is very obvous when I look in the mirror that fat is coming off. Here’s to a great week!

Wow, what a great week it has been! I increase my overhead press, and my body in showing amazing results in firming up, and filling out. With the increased strength, I have been able to incorporate more lifts into my workout, and really feel like I am getting something out of it now. My eating habits have changed quite a bit. I now drink 2-3 chocolate bananna protein shakes a day, incorporate some veggies in, and some hard-boiled eggs. I feel amazing, the transformation is really starting to happen!

This was certainly my most rewarding week so far. This week I saw my overhead press and dead lift increase, very rewarding. My weight has slwoly began to fall, but I do have a feeling that putting the muscle back onis going to hinder the weight-loss some. However, as long as I feel and look stronger, I’m ok with that. I have been adding lifts to my workouts and my energy levels continue to rise. Overall, I’m feeling incredible…but not satisfied. I hope to see more increase in week 3, and appreciate the support!

I got a great first two workouts in this week. I’m very happy with the naNO Vapor, as it seems to really give me a boost when I have to lift at night. Last night I increase my power press to 215 with hardly any effort and look to see it continuing to increase towards my current goal of 280. My next lift is scheduled for friday, and I also plan to weigh-in then. With any luck, I will increase my dead-lift to 540, and continue my push to be ready to compete. So far, so good….

Well, I would consider my first week if lifting a great success. I look for the maxes I have posted to significantly increase, but I am optimistic about how all this lifting will effect my weight. This week I plan to incorporate more cardio work on my off days, and also will be trying to post my workout routine. I finally got some new pics up today to show what I started with, but the quality of the pics isnt that great. At any rate, I am super pumped to jump into this week and continue my grind into becmomming huge and competition ready for power lifting. Any supprt will be greatly appreciated!
