It has been a long 3 weeks of some upper chest cold and man I am DONE with illness. I hit the gym for the 5th day yesterday it seems everything is almost back to normal. I decided my new goal this 2010 is CHEST and GUNS. I am not sure how I let them lag so far behind the legs and back but its now fully on deck. I would like to keep the weight at 200 and see how my body responds to lifting and life as I been 210-220 for a VERY long time.

Last night I got to the gym at 8pm and it was empty. YES , score one. My usual gymtime is at lunch, but I worked late and was bout to go home and knew i could not do that. This workout was going to be fast and hardcore. Started with flat bench and worked up 225 , then dropped sets for the triceps doing the close grips. I moved to the smith machine and did drop set inclines , supersetted with pushups and dumbs (one in each hand). Feeling pumped and ready to rock some more, i moved to the dumbs and supersetted for the next 10 minutes with some decline flys , flats and cables. While i was breathing like a lion after running ,i knew this was a good cardio workout as well as pumpage time.. so moved over to the hammer machines and finished my night. This is my first attempt at the bodyblog so forgive my lack of thoughfulness .
