Winning still doesn’t make you. You’re not the placing on your trophy. You are the trophy. You’re the product. I’m in it for me. I’m in it for what matters. I have my own goals and priorities. I know a few people who are considered champions but don’t mean shit to me. Aside from winning, they never did anything for anyone. They certainly never did anything for the sport of bodybuilding, let alone anything mentionable outside of the sport. I never made winning my focus and I refuse to start now. I was a bodybuilder before I ever competed. It’s who I am. With or without anyone’s approval it’s who I’ll always be. Win or lose, it’s not gonna make or break me. I live by my own standards. It’s just me against me.

We are the ones who show up for our workout regardless of whatever obstacle life throws in front of us each day,trying to keep us away.we are the ones who pay the price for our growth with one more rep,despite the burn.we are the ones who climb under weights wich would only terrify others.we are the ones who truly understand the meaning of strength and honor.Every time we hit the gym,we give it all we have.we work out as if our lives depend on it.And in a way they do.Our workout give us the physical release our unrelenting quest calls for.They give shape and substance to our passion.They give us the physiques our warped mind require.We have no desire to look like everybody else.We..re just not wired that way.Our workout keep us sane,whether we.re in the gym giving the plates a ride or on a hill with a railroad tie balanced across our traps.Our philosophy is simple:if its heavy,we..re going to lift it.Our intense desire for success isn.t appreciate by those who avoid working out because it hurts too much.Whether they understand us or not,they..ll recognize us wherever we go.We are the ones making them look small,lazy,soft.We are the ones who stand out in a crowd.We are the ones they want to look like.Through agony ,tears,and gut-wrenching workout,we have developed a bond forged in steel (and sometimes wood)with our fellow lifters wich can never be broken.that is what we do and who we are.now you are acquainted with us.we are brother of the iron.
