Time To Bulk
August 14, 2007Okay, im done dieting and its finally time for me to start bulking again. I already feel bad about it because im going to lose the body i worked so hard to achieve this summer… but i know i will look even better in years to come if i continue to get bigger. I will probably bulk for 6 months, from September to March. I will be doing core, compound exercises 3 days a week and will be taking Russian Bear 5000 on training days. More detail about my workout is on my bodyspace. If your looking for more detail about my diet… there is none. Im just going to eat and eat and eat whatever foods i want. I know i probably should eat clean, but im not really worried about putting on fat as long as im putting on muscle at the same time; i plan on cutting after im one bulking anyway. So well see how everything goes, wish me luck!
