I hope that I am right…
Please look at my workout tracker and critique these workouts. I hit it pretty hard and sometimes I do 30 min on the elliptical and others I do 45 min on Fri, Sat and Sun. I really am not trying to compete, I honestly just want to look as muscular and huge as possible.

Looked at your most recent chest workout… How long does it take you to do each exercise? Rest time? How often do you hit failure? Your short term goal says "lose 20 lbs" I’m not sure if that’s a current goal but I feel there are more effective ways to cut then wreck up your chest all in one sitting. Regardless huge numbers and great workout for a "tired - not in the mood" as you stated.
