shooting for 400 lbs of mass
I know this is crazy but I am shooting for 400 lbs of mass. I am currently at 6′6 380 with a 50 inch waist. I am changing my workouts to 4 sets of eight with heavy weight. Forexample on the flat bench yesterday I did 315 for 4 sets of 8 after a good warm up. I did all chest yesterday going heavy for 4 sets of 8. Today I did back on the dumbell rows I did the 100’s for sets of 10 because that is the highest that the YMCA has. I am currently taking only a scoop of creatine before and after my workout and whey immediately after. I am taking a total of around 120 grams of whey a day. I can feel the change in my body as I am getting stronger and leaner. Any comments or critiques will be appreciated.
