I had a real good workout yesterday and I really feel great this morning. I judge my workouts by the level of soreness the next day. i really like the 4 sets of 5 reps going heavy. I may change to this program next week. Thanks for viewing my ramble

Please look at my workout tracker and critique these workouts. I hit it pretty hard and sometimes I do 30 min on the elliptical and others I do 45 min on Fri, Sat and Sun. I really am not trying to compete, I honestly just want to look as muscular and huge as possible.

Today I hit the weights harder than usual and even did a mile on the elliptical. I am looking forward to the next few weeks as I go through a transformation. I am looking to gain mass and I am even adding squats and deadlifts to my routine. I am going to do a better job of posting and keeping track with my progress.

I know this is crazy but I am shooting for 400 lbs of mass. I am currently at 6′6 380 with a 50 inch waist. I am changing my workouts to 4 sets of eight with heavy weight. Forexample on the flat bench yesterday I did 315 for 4 sets of 8 after a good warm up. I did all chest yesterday going heavy for 4 sets of 8. Today I did back on the dumbell rows I did the 100’s for sets of 10 because that is the highest that the YMCA has. I am currently taking only a scoop of creatine before and after my workout and whey immediately after. I am taking a total of around 120 grams of whey a day. I can feel the change in my body as I am getting stronger and leaner. Any comments or critiques will be appreciated.
