The Next Step
Well after about 4 months i finally hit my goal with a little extra. I was able to lose the 33lbs i wanted, dropping me from 233 to 200 and the 5" plus 1 extra around the waist, dropping me from 40" to 34".
I'm not going to say i was hardcore and totally committed. I cheated and fell off a little. My workout plan was completely chaotic. However, I did set foot ever time in the gym with an actual workout plan. the chaos came from not knowing what exactly i was going to work out the next day, or when I would work out next.
I'm excited that I hit my goal. Honestly, I didn't think it would happen. I never seem to follow things all the way through to the end. Even tho I am feel a sense of accomplishment, i'm left unsatisfied. I need more, I want more. I guess all those bodybuilders out there are right. Once you get a taste of it you just have to have more. I find myself actually researching what supplements i need for what goals I'm striving for. I find myself building better workouts to make sure I hit every part of a muscle group. Building workouts that flow based on equipment that i have in the gym and the amount of people that I will be training with me.
That is another spot of motivation there. Since I've started to show improvement and a small knowledge of the fitness arts, I've taken on a few apprentices of my own. They are hungry as well, and i have no doubt that we will hit our goals.
So here is the the next step, moving up, getting bigger, stronger and faster. My next goal set is still for appearance. I am shooting for 190lbs, 33" waisline, Bigger Biceps, More defined Triceps and stronger legs.
