Energy Drinks who drinks them. does it fit in with your workout

I was just woundering if it ok to drink energy drinks why’ll your watching the calories. and working out.

Well its time to start working out agian. I started about 3 weeks ago and i keep changing my work out because i don’t think its helping. I’m doing one from bodybuilding.com i like it and i can only do certain thinks so i think I’m going to follow this one. and start filling out my work out sheets one the profile to see my progress.

Why its so hard to stay focus.

January 7, 2008

I was working everyday and then i had to go out of town for work 2 weeks and working 12 plus hours and getting back to the Motel and go to sleep. Boy I was glad to get back home but 2 days later had to leave again for 3 days. I need to get back in working out so last week started walking now today workout begins again I’m going to try the 12 week program on bodybuilding .com I’ll let everybody know how it goes.

Chest and Biceps day

November 12, 2007

Today was chest and biceps workout and it was a good one. Added more weight to my incline press and I tried some different biceps exercises that I seen on the Poe show.

My breakfast was 1 hole egg and 5egg whites ½ cup of oatmeal and 2 slices of toast.

 

I think that should do it for right now.

leg day

I  finally got to workout  last night on legs it was about 45min but it got done.

I know i need to do more on my leg routine but it will do for now. I get to do shoulders to night.

I didn’t workout yesterday.

I was supposed to workout yesterday but i didn’t get up in time. and then after work i just ran out of time. Its hard to keep up with working out but it as to be done I’ll work out today when i get home.
