Dilemna
im so lost as what to do…coaches want me weighing more but i dont wanna look any heavier…its not like im gonna gain 20lbs of muscle mass in a couple months…which means fat ill have to gain..and i dont wanna do it…ive never looked like i do in my life. i was always a fatty. so for me to have to try and be fat again is hard for me to coap with..i could lose weight and hopefully play a new position but not likely…..maybe i will just have to get stronger and just knock heads of the guys who weigh 300+…….all i know is when my football road finally comes to a close…oo watch out now.

Well - tough call. You could really crank on nutrition, REST, change up the routine for mass building, look at volumizing strategies like FST7 training etc. I think that you are going to never have a great muscular/ vacular look and take body shots all day. You can probably control how the weight you gain looks a little, and defintiely transform a stable weight to look better, but short term massive change will not look the way you probably want. If you are committed to football - I think the do what you need now, mak it look like you want later approach may be your only option.
