Time to start over…again.
Ok, I decided to take spring break off this year from training and dieting. I have recently lost motivation within my bodybuilding lifestyle for some odd reason. My only reasons that I believe that have contributed would be school, new girlfriend (getting comfortable) or just loss/shortage of gains. Well it’s time to change this mindset and it begins tomorrow at 3:00 a.m.
Yesterday I recieved my new stack. Sticking to the basics on this one. ON Opti-men, ON 100% Whey, and ON 100% Casein. My only pre-workout would be Swell by Nimbus Nutrition…check it out here.

This product seems to be a decent non-stim pre-workout supplement. I decided to take a shot in the dark with this one. My next post will definitely be reviewing this new product.
The basic routine will be a cut due to the decreasing time we have left until beach season. I’ll start at 30 minute cardio days and increasing in either intensity or time depending on how fast I am losing the weight.
Chicken, Tuna, Oats, Turkey, Whey, Egg Whites, and Sirloin…my main players in the diet. I’m going to be decreasing my calories extreme for the first couple of days to get a jump start on the metabolism then slightly raising them until I am at a approximate 200 calorie defecit and begin to slowly cut the fat so I can hold onto my already gained mass.
The change starts when I shut my eyes tonight. The only thing I will dream about is what I can make of myself tomorrow morning. One day at a time…
