			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ill set tha scene - Its 1 AM and i can&#8217;t sleep&#8230;because im so eager to start trainning for the 13 Km City to Surf Marathon.</p>
<p>I only have 45 days till it starts and it is going to be one of the biggest test of both my physical and mental strength, since i have never ran for more than 10 minutes in my life lol haha. But none the less i hope to prove to myself that if i put my mind to it i can overcome this obstacle.</p>
<p>I have been online, researching for a marathon training program that works for me and i found it (after 3 days of solid research&#8230;i made one up). Here is the First Week of the 6 week program:</p>
<p>Week 1</p>
<p>Day 1 &amp; 2.</p>
<ul>
<li>Walk 10 Minutes</li>
<li>Run 2 Minutes</li>
<li>Walk 2 Minutes</li>
<li>Run 2 Minutes</li>
<li>Walk 2 Minutes</li>
<li>Run 3 Minutes</li>
<li>Walk 2 Minutes</li>
<li>Run 3 Minutes</li>
<li>Walk 2 Minutes</li>
<li>Walk 10 Minutes</li>
</ul>
<p>Day 3 &amp; 4.</p>
<ul>
<li>Walk 5 Minutes</li>
<li>Run 3 Minutes</li>
<li>Walk 2 Minutes</li>
<li>Run 3 Minutes</li>
<li>Walk 2 Minutes</li>
<li>Run 4 Minutes</li>
<li>Walk 2 Minutes</li>
<li>Run 4 Minutes</li>
<li>Walk 2 Minutes</li>
<li>Walk 10 Minutes</li>
</ul>
<p>Day 5 &amp; 6.</p>
<ul>
<li>Walk 3 Minutes</li>
<li>Run 4 Minutes</li>
<li>Walk 3 Minutes</li>
<li>Run 4 Minutes</li>
<li>Walk 2 Minutes</li>
<li>Run 4 Minutes</li>

<p>Day 7</p>

<p>So This is my first week of marathon training planned out, during this time i will also be doing Weight training.
