Day 1 of 45
Ill set tha scene - Its 1 AM and i can’t sleep…because im so eager to start trainning for the 13 Km City to Surf Marathon.
I only have 45 days till it starts and it is going to be one of the biggest test of both my physical and mental strength, since i have never ran for more than 10 minutes in my life lol haha. But none the less i hope to prove to myself that if i put my mind to it i can overcome this obstacle.
I have been online, researching for a marathon training program that works for me and i found it (after 3 days of solid research…i made one up). Here is the First Week of the 6 week program:

Day 1 & 2.
- Walk 10 Minutes
- Run 2 Minutes
- Walk 2 Minutes
- Run 2 Minutes
- Walk 2 Minutes
- Run 3 Minutes
- Walk 2 Minutes
- Run 3 Minutes
- Walk 2 Minutes
- Walk 10 Minutes
Day 3 & 4.
- Walk 5 Minutes
- Run 3 Minutes
- Walk 2 Minutes
- Run 3 Minutes
- Walk 2 Minutes
- Run 4 Minutes
- Walk 2 Minutes
- Run 4 Minutes
- Walk 2 Minutes
- Walk 10 Minutes
Day 5 & 6.
- Walk 3 Minutes
- Run 4 Minutes
- Walk 3 Minutes
- Run 4 Minutes
- Walk 2 Minutes
- Run 4 Minutes

So This is my first week of marathon training planned out, during this time i will also be doing Weight training.
