I’m going to have to quit…
Eating Peanut Butter that is. I am totally addicted to the stuff. If I could limit myself to two spoonfulls a day, I’d be okay. Two usually becomes 4. On weekends, I destroy pb. I must learn to live without pb. This is my shame and my burden to bear…

This is definitely one aspect of the BB culture I just don’t understand & don’t indulge in….sorry!

You thought you were in trouble now….just don’t dip your peanut butter spoon into a bag of chocolate chips.
Two great tastes that taste great together will be your nightmare around the waistline.

No way! Life is not worth living without PB. Idea: The Costco brand is 100% peanut, no sugar, and if you turn it upside down in the fridge for a couple of days before you open it - no separation. Keep it in the fridge thereafter. Does your wife/lady like PB? If not: let her serve it. My wife spreads PB like she does butter. Pathetic, but lower cal. Must have PB.
